-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our client provides Financial Planning and Investment Solutions to clients across South East QLD.
Due to continued growth our client is now looking for an Administration Officer to support a team of 4 Planners.
Working with minimal supervision you duties will include: > Client reception - involving both telephone and personal interaction > Clerical and administrative duties particular to the Financial Planning industry such as > Prepare and mail client material > Print and bind Statements of Advice > Lodge New Business > Monitor and control of financial planning lodgements > Liaise with clients and fund managers > General clerical and administrative tasks

In order to be considered for this role you must have at least 2 years prior experience in office support role.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and common Business Applications is a mandatory requirement for this role.
You must also have superior communication skills and demonstrated ability to create client facing correspondence and materials in line with business guidelines.
Any previous exposure to the Financial Planning Industry would be an advantage.
