JobPond offers everything you need to promote your vacant positions, including a simple but powerful web interface to manage the advertising of each position.

• Resume search - find candidates who meet your criteria and contact them directly. This feature is optional and is priced at $50 (+GST) per month for unlimited use.
• Free design of a company template used to show your advertisements
• Web interface for adding new positions quickly and easily (as an approved advertiser your positions appear online instantly - no need to wait for it to be checked by us)
• Customised imports allowing you to provide multiple vacancies to us in whatever format suits your needs (eg. Excel spreadsheet, CSV file, XML, text file, etc)
• Online management of vacancies allowing you to see exactly what positions you currently have advertised, and the ability to remove positions as soon as they are filled
• Low cost model including volume discounts
• NEW!  Free listing of vacancies on your own site.  Simply maintain your vacancies on JobPond, and you will be provided with a page for your own site allowing visitors to browse or search your available positions.
